Game Options
Place a number in each square without ever repeating a number in any row, column, or block. To place a number in a square, click in the square, then click the appropriate orange number button.
The Sudoku board consists of rows, columns, and blocks. The blocks have bold lines around them. The number of blocks and squares inside each block depends on the Puzzle Size you chose.
4 blocks, 4 squares in each block. Use numbers from 1-4.
6 blocks, 6 squares in each block. Use numbers from 1-6.
9 blocks, 9 squares in each block. Use numbers from 1-9.
When Notes are "On", click in any square and then click any of the orange number buttons. It will add that number as a note to the square. You can use these notes as reminders about what numbers might fit in the square. You can remove the notes by clicking the orange number button again while you're in the square (and Notes are "On").

There are two features to help you figure out which numbers can go where:
When Notes are "On", click in any square and then click any of the orange number buttons. It will add that number as a note to the square. Click on any of the white number buttons to highlight all of the squares containing that number.
